Emily Roback

Senior Program Director and Greenberg Conference Center Lead

Emily brings a hospitality and event centered background to Yale Conferences and Events. A Connecticut native, Emily has her undergraduate degree from Eastern Connecticut State University and a Masters in Business Administration from Southern Connecticut State University. Emily has worked in several catering and event capacities including stadiums, hotels, convention centers and off-site catering roles. Emily enjoys creating memorable events for guests visiting the University.

She currently serves as the Northeast Regional Ambassador for the International Association of Conference Centers. In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time with her husband and her very active toddler and snuggling with her cat, Stanley.

Samantha Iucci

Program Manager

Samantha comes to Yale Conferences & Events with over 10 years of event planning experience, providing exceptional and inclusive guest experiences as an event planner in New York, Georgia, Texas, and now Connecticut. She has planned events both big and small, from 2 guests to 10,000 guests! Samantha graduated from the University of New Haven with a double major in Tourism & Event Management and Business Management and a minor in Quantitative Analysis. 

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, working out, reading, and adjusting to newly becoming a family of four.
