We are not-for-profit center for Yale University. The University requires the Greenberg Conference Center to collect usage fees to fully cover the Center’s operating expenses including debt service for the construction of the building, utilities, staffing, custodial services, and ongoing maintenance of the building and its audio-visual, kitchen, and dining room equipment.

Included in the building usage fees are multiple sizes and styles of banquet furniture. All furniture will be custom set to suit the needs of your specific event.

Also included are banquet tableware, including fine imported china with decorative Yale pattern, all types of banquet glassware and stemware and a complete assortment of silverware.

Custodial services for set up and cleanup are included during regular business hours. Additional fees apply for custodial services, technical support and staffing after 5:00 pm and during weekends.
